Kabuli Chana, also known as white chickpeas, is a variety of Cicer arietinum that is larger, lighter in color, and smoother than the desi (black) variety. It is a staple legume widely consumed around the world, known for its creamy texture and nutty taste, especially popular in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisines.
